Lost Of Control Of Wiper, Central Lock, Headlamp Etc. Activities

Please help! my 2005 sv6 motana just started acting up. The wiper, wiper spray, healamp, panick alarm, trafficator light, central lock etc just work at will, when I try to switch off, none respond. It happens as long as the battery is connected -whether ignition switch is on or off. I was told it was remote control problem, I got another remote control but the problem remains. Please help me. I want to be able to stop these madness that has caught with my cay.
