Power Steering Montana Van 2007

had rack and pinion replaced and power steering flush done...now the power steering kicks out whenever we go through puddle or wet conditions....what did they do?

Judging by your complaint this has nothing to do with the rack and pinion, sounds like a slipping belt due to driving through puddles. I suggest you try and avoid the puddles as best as possible. Clearly this problem has been occuring for quite sometime now and you are just looking for someone to put the blame on.
