Where Is The Relay A For The Back Up Lights In A 2004 Pontiac Aztek?

The back lights have been replaced and are still not coming on when shifting into reverse. The manual shows that there is a relay instead of a single fuse. The diagram in the manual shows the relay to the left of the under hood fuse box. I can't locate the relay.
