Brake Fluid Alarm Will Not Shut Off

Have you looked under the hood at the reservoir. It's translucent, and has a mark to show "max" level. If it's low, you may want to find where it's leaking from. Otherwise:

Can you make the beeper stop by lifting up on the e-brake lever? Adjusting the emergency brake cables properly will take up the slack in the lever and shut off the warning if the switch located at the top of the lever assembly is good. If the cables are tight and the lever doesn't sag at all your mechanic can cancel that warning by splicing two wires together if the switch is bad.
