Power Drain Somewhere!

my montana has been dying alot over the last 3Years. It would usually don It when the outside temp was fairly cold. Now its dying everytime I park it. Not even 20 min after I shut it off, I go to start it again and it's dead. The battery has been replaced several times. I make sure everything inside is turned off(radio, doors, a/c etc) when I shut the van off. My tail light and right front turn signal burn out (melt actually) about once a month too. How do I find where the power is coming from? is it an alternator problem?
