hello :D

well to change the timing belt in your pontiac you will need to release the tension pulley so that belt get loose and you can remove it then. Replace it with the new on and recling the tension pllley back in its position. I suggest you get it doen at an autorepair shop as it will need few test runs and timing calculations for max performance.
