Transmission , Car Only Drives On 2nd Gear

I flushed the transmission fluid and replaced the transmission filter on my 2001 Pontiac aztek and since then it's not shifting right, it only drives on 2nd . I don't know if I forgot to do something else like adding a special/extra fluid or maybe I did something wrong. I cleaned the pan pretty good and drained completely the transmission , put the fluid and the filter that I got from autozone so I don't know what I did wrong ,please help?
