Car Will Not Start

I have a 2000 pontiac Grand am (2.4ltr motor) which will try and crank all day but will not turn over... (it is winter, temperature was in the negatives, but is nite roughly 20 degrees) a week ago, I arrived from a long road trip late at night low / near out of gas and gas station was closed therefore could not get till next day... Got up next day and started car and I believe it ran completly out of gas while it was running to warm out... It stalled and I have not been able to get it to start since... I have hot a bottle of isopropyl and about 4 gallons of gas in the tank as I assumed gas line had froze... I have tried starter fluid as temp was near -25, bv while would start and stall right out... I am assuming my car is not getting any gas... I can hear fuel pump when car turn key to "on" position... Could this be a clogged fuel filter? If so is there a way to "unclog It"? If so is there anything else simple I could check? I ask because I am in a VERY remote area with NO way to get to auto parts store etc until this car starts and stranded at a home deep in woods with my children & a weekend trip has now turned into 13 days... ANY help or ideas would be SO GREATLY appreciated... ANY AT ALL!!! Like I said in VERY remote area eg NO taxis, bus, auto parts stores etc for 50miles), and I have NO other source of transportation as we are 300 miles from home. I understand that Iit it is clogged filter I will need to buy a new one or if somthing else I may need parts but given situation I'm wondering if there's are ANY ideas what son ever to get this vehicle running even if its a temporary fix.... Please help!!!

The passlock sensor in the ignition lock cylinder may fail causing an anti-theft system fault and a no start condition. Our technicians tell us that the ignition lock cylinder should be replace to correct this condition.
