Door Window

i have a 1998 pontiac grand am both winows will not stay on trac!!! whats with a huge auto maker not be like GM not be able to build a roll up window that will not stand up to simple task like rolling up a window. Ithin GM should have to repair this flaw [ don't care how ld it is ]
