How To Replace The Heater Core

Hello to do this: disconnect the battery cable, drain the cooling system. raise vehicle. working underneath remove drain tube from heater case. Loosen hose clamps and disconnect heater hoses from heater core tubes at firewall. Plug the ends of tubes to keep from spilling. Lower vehicle working inside vehicle remove left and right underdash panels. Remove heater floor outlet duct. Remove screws and clips that fasten heater core cover and remove cover. Remove retaining straps and heater core from housing.
