My Polaroid Is048 Turns Off After "Charged"

When I put my Polaroid is048 to charge for a whole day or a few hours I turn it on to see the battery percentage and it automatically says "Low battery" and turns off. It doesn't have an sd card but I ordered oneAlso I don't have a computer so can I just transfer my photos to my phone?
