My Computer Does Not Recognize My Pmp 287c4. Where Do I Get The Drivers?

This unit shoiuld be plug and play try another usb port and see if the battery is plugged in if the comptuer needs a driver it should as normal found new hardware and you should be able to download it from the microsoft website in the updates microsoft has all the drives for new hardware in the database. If your computer will not see it at all it is a conection issue
