Track Wobble's ?

my son new sled sometimes won't move under load? Adjusted the track tension n aligned it the best I could with the adjuster bolts but the track wobble's a lot. When I spin the track by hand it spins freely for a bit then gets hard where I could hardly move it then releases n spins freely again.track is aligned in the rear but it seems like it's off in front

This is an indication that the alignment was not properly done. I suggest you consult an expert or a tehnician.
