Game Wont Load

First, check to see if the disks have any scratches/cracks/etc. Next, completely turn off your console and try unplugging the power cord for about a minute. Now turn on the system and check if there is an available software update. You can check by going to the list of system settings on the left of the XMB on the main screen. It should be one of the first options. After you have updated (if there was an update) and restarted your console, try running the games again. If they still don't work, take them into a local games retailor like Gamestop and politely ask them if they can test the games for you on one of their consoles. They should be able to help you from there.
