It should be able to. While searching for your solution i found something interesting. Apparently the M155 pairs a little bit differently than most other plantronic headsets and thats throwed alot of people off. Maybe this will solve your problem too The following quote is off the descrption for the youtube clip that shows how its paired.
"How to pair Bluetooth Plantronics M155. Usually pair a bluetooth is the same on alot of devices but this one u have to have it on and press the pick up call button untill the light flashes Red/white."
