My Unit Ha No Power. Need To Factory Reset

Plantronics USB Headset Troubleshooting: Headset Not Working in Windows 10

Press the Windows button on the screen or keyboard and type in "Device Manager".

In the Device Manager window, find the Sound, Video and Game Controllers option and expand it.

Right click on your Plantronics device and select "Uninstall".

Unplug the headset and restart the PC.

After the PC has rebooted, reconnect the headset.

Plantronics does not document a factory reset, but if your headset can't reconnect, tap the Call button once or manually connect through the phone's Bluetooth's device menu. If your headset remains out of range for more than 90 minutes, DeepSleep will activate.
