How Can I Reset Plantronics Plt_m50 To Its Original Factory Settings?

After the first pairing, PLT_M50 worked fine. Today I got a message of wrong pin number. I paired again and it works till I switch off the headset. After switching on, the headset requires pairing again. Microphone is not heard in the other phone. It is heard in headset speaker with some delay.

I have seen where Plantronics suggests letting the battery completely die on some Bluetooth devices. This is suppose to reset the headset once its recharged. I would also suggest deleting the Bluetooth from your phone, reboot your phone by turning it completely off then powering it back on. Re-pair the Bluetooth and phone again and see if this fixes your problem.
