Model M25 Plantronics
yes I tried to reset but the blue light isn't flashing so I do believe I need to replace battery is this something I can pick up at a store

Most earpieces are designed to not be user accessible. I've had a couple that quit working & in disassembly the cosmetic damage makes it unusable. I've never been able to locate the tiny battery packs these units use.
