How To Use Voice Calling With M20 (m24) Model

I've got the instructions to initiate phone's voice -dialing (Initiate phone's voice calling, 2-second press until tone is heard) After I do that if we say call a name in our contact name, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Try deleting the headset out of the phone. Then remove the battery out of the phone and reconnect and once the phone reboots, try pairing the headset back up to it. This should get them "talking" to each other again. If you're still having the problem, pair the headset with another phone to see if the issue is the headset or the phone. If it's the headset, you need to contact your headset vendor for warranty assistance (1 year warranty).
