Can I Use The M20 With A Pc?

If your computer has the needed Bluetooth profiles it shouldn't be a problem but if it's asking you for drivers, the built-in Bluetooth in your computer may not support the audio and hands free profile. You may need to get a Bluetooth USB adapter that does support those profiles, then you can pair the headset to the adapter. Plantronics makes a BT300 adapter that should work for you. Ultimately it's not dependent on your headset so much as the Bluetooth adapter you are using. I personally use a cheap USB dongle that I bought from the Walmart clearance aisle with a Plantronics M20 hands free device. This adapter uses a Broadcom chip which Windows 7 does support, but the profiles and BT protocols aren't included in Windows Update drivers.

You will need to find out what chip the bluetooth adapter uses and head over to that support site. Most of the manufacturers have started using a unified driver for all of their BT chips which include the profiles that would allow you to use your headset on a PC the same way you would on your phone. Search Google for the adapter and look for the chip that it uses. Most are Broadcom based and their unified driver packages will include the necessary files and profiles to use it for VoIP software like skype, teamspeak, ventrilo, and the like, as well as for speech recognition, voice typing, and whatever else you want to use it for.
