No Range With This Bluetooth
I just bought this yesterday and connected it to my iphone. if I walk more than 5 feet away from my phone it breaks up and no one can hear me on the other end. or any further and it shuts off!! I returned it and got another but it's doing the same thing!! HELP

Can you try putting the headset on a different phone and see how it behaves? If it works fine on a different phone, that tells you the headset is just not compatible with the iPhone. If you are having the same issue on a different phone then you are getting defective headsets. You will need to return the headset to the place of purchase for a new one.
