Battery Replacement On Backbeats 903
I was wondering how do you change the battery in the backbeats 903+ headset

You cannot change battery for that device. The battery is already placed and sealed inside. If the battery runs out, please charge it using the cable provided in the package and connect it to the power outlet.
IF it not works take it to the plantronics they will change the battery if it possible.
