My Pioneer Plasma Tv Does Not Turn On

I press POWER on the Media Receiver. The power indicator on Media Receiver lights up red. Then I press MAIN POWER on the Plasma Display. The power indicator on the Plasma Display flashes red. Then I press TV on/off button on the remote control - the power indicator on the plasma display lights up green while the power indicator on the Media Receiver remains red. In a few seconds on the screen appears E01 and then the system is turning off.

try to disconnect vga cable the bigger one and power on tv if tv stay on and light flashing altenatively red/green meaning that tv is working you could have problem with receiver or cable itself
