Dvr 116dbk Will Not Play Region 1 Dvd's
Purchased a NEW DVR 116DBKI am running an older PC using XP SvsPk3 and needed to upgrade my Pioneer 106D DVR.I located, purchased and installed a NEW DVR 116DBK (PATA/IDE/EIDE) and everything functionsExcept it will not play Region 1 (USA) DVD's. I get an on screen notice that the region 1 discInstalled will not play.How can I fix this issue so the DVR 116DBK plays Region 1 (USA)Please be as specific with instructions as I am not PC literateMuch Thanks, Neil
