What Can Hook Up To A Deh-x6500bt?

Hey i have a pioneer deh-x6500bt and i am currently installing a 5 channel amp and a sub with new speakers. i just realized that there is only 4 channles of RCA outputs on the back of the stereo. im hooking up the speaker wire strait to the amp and then running the RCA's from the amp to the deck. is this going to work for a 5 channel amp/ 4.1 channel system?? and if so how do i connect the sub? thank you!
