How To Do A Hard Reset

If it has a removable faceplate, take it off and on the radio itself is a little button get a paper clip and push it in for 3 seconds and that will reset your radio for you. If the face doesn't remove, look on the front of the radio and it should have a little button, do the same thing & it will be reset.
