Unable To Get Uhf With The Philips Mant901

I bought this as a floor model, from store about 2 years ago, decided to hook it up, I live 45 miles from Minneapolis, the vhf High channels come in very strong. I can not get any of the 10 or so UHF stations. Am I missing parts, splitter, band separation ect.
