Pfaff 4874 Creative Error 7

I was switching from a coverstitch to the overlock threading, and must have hit something cause now when I turn it on, I'm getting Error 7. When it's powering on, it sounds like the motor is struggling or something isn't aligned right. I've looked in the manual and there is only one small section about Error 1, otherwise, I need to take it in to get serviced.
