There are a few reasons why your Pfaff Creative 1469 sewing machine may not be disengaging to wind a bobbin. Here are a few things to check:
Make sure that the bobbin winder is engaged. The bobbin winder is the lever on the left side of the machine. It should be pushed up to disengage the bobbin winder.

Simply loosen the screw on the bobbin winder stop, no more than 1 full turn or you will drop the backing nut will fall down into your machine, move the bobbin winder stop slightly to the left then tighten the screw and see if that works. you may have to repeat this step several times until you find the right spot to stop the bobbin at the correct point.
