Using Funds Received To My Paypall Account In An Unsupported Country

Hi, I have a paypall account that I opened just to receive donations from my blog. I am resident in one of the unsupported country. How can I use those funds? Cant be transferred in my country, cant have a paypall debit card sent to my resident country, don’t have a US bank account where to transfer the funds. Now, because we are talking of really few money can I just use those money when I shop online by paying with my paypall bank account? That would be more than enough for me. But how can I make sure that when I pay with my Paypall account they to not withdraw money from my associated credit card of my paypall account but use the funds I received from donations? Thanks

Unless you've instructed PayPal otherwise (and sometimes even when you have done so!) PayPal will always take your payments from your PayPal account and not from any other source like a credit card.

When you have a credit balance Paypal will use that money to pay for goods. The way you can force this is to remove all the credit cards from your Paypal account and make payments when necessary each time.

Check the settings in your paypal account.
