My Account Name Does Not Match With The Name On Pan Card What To Do A/c Limited

My account name does not match with the Name on PAN Card what to do ? They limited My account i am unable to withdraw the money via Paypal. couple of days back i had withdrawl $100 from paypal with the same name and PAN details that time they didn't do anything but this time they are not allowing me to withdraw. Please if you have any solution to this it will be appriciated. Thanks

PayPal does not appear to offer a way to change your account name, but you are certainly entitled to your money.

Your best bet is to consult PayPal's customer support by phone.

This may be the quckest way to get through:

Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in:
www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone.
Upon phoning the number on that page, do not try to respond intelligently to the robot, but instead say the word SPOOF, repeatedly if necessary.
