Paid Green Fees Not Received At Yas Golf Club In Abu Dhabi I Had To Pay Cash
I Paid 212 Euros for two rounds of golf at the Yas Golf Club Abu Dhabi, when I arrived I was that the payment from Pay Pal had not been received, I had to pay again for the golf
How do I get my money refunded

The previous answer is hard to understand, as the golf club office has already told you they hadn't received your payment. My advice is to get in touch with PayPal, which likely will want to intervene on your behalf (even though, unfortunately, this transaction is not covered by PayPal's Purchase Protection).
