Paypal Update
I just filled out an e-mail from paypal concerning my about to expire credit card ending in 0003. I entered data about my new credit card, and in retrospect, I wondered if I am being phished.
Can you verify the legitamacy of this e-mail?

This is HelpOwl, not PayPal, but I can certainly tell you that you should never, never, ever give a credit card to anyone via email. PayPal does NOT request this information from any customer at any time via email. I am afraid you have been phished. I would call your credit card company immediately and request a new card/card number and have them close the phished account.
