I Have A Paypal Acct. With No Updated Credit Card I Cant Access It, Why?

I have a pay pal account and have recently moved to Italy. I canceled my credit cards in the states, my account has cash in it. when I try to purchase online they require an updated credit card info. how can i access my money?

Log on to your pay pal account and verify your account is filled with 100%. If not you verify which part to add. If your credit card or debit card to add go to bank page and select card and insert the details and click. they will accept. If any problem you must refer to the matter to the card issuer for rectification.Only international activity cards are eligible to add with pay pal account.

Paypal requires you to have a valid credit card or bank account listed in order to buy or sell online. I believe this is so they can transfer to or from said account as necessary depending on what you are doing online. When you enter your card or bank info, they will charge an amount of less than $1 to it, in order to make sure it's valid. You'll then review your account transactions and report back to PayPal how much the exact amount they withdrew was. This will verify your account, and they will then replace the money they charged you. Once this is set up, you should be able to shop, transfer money, etc. Hope this helps.
