What Do Have To Do To Put Money Into My Account.

i tried to put money into my paypal account, but nothing works.  i don't know if it worked.  the first time my account was changed you put 2 amounts in it was ok.  the second time i don't know.  i have to wait till i get my statement.  i have a bill on ebay that needs to be paid.  this is my first time buying on ebay, and it is a mess.  please help me, your wording is confusing, why you want to hold on to my first account number i don't know.  then you wanted me to add another bank.  i only have one bank,  chase.  let me know i i have money in my paypal account.  please hurry,  i need to pay my ebay bill.  thank you ,  bill
