I Ordered A Apple Ipad For $519.00. There Were Some Trouble With The Payment Method, It's Been Resolved. I Still Have Not Received The Ipad The Price Now Is 649.00. I Will Not Pay That Amoint. Ive Tried To Get In Touch With The Owner, But Failed, Can You Please Help Me
