First, login to your PayPal account. Hover your mouse over "Profile" in the menu bar near the top of your account page. Select "Add or Edit Credit Card." Alternatively, you can click "Profile," and then click "Credit/Debit Cards" under the "Financial Information" heading. You can change your information there.
