I Want To Cancel My Pay Pal Account.

According to PayPal.com here is the following steps on closing your paypal account.
To close your account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Click My settings.
- Click Close Account in the Account type section and follow the steps listed
