How To Cancel A Payment?

My email address is: [email protected] Re Transaction no. 6TV44596JJ973323A No. of Pament: 1-WBB37SU1PJWAE I paid one months subscription to a company called Filmon for a months trial three months ago. I have now been billed for the third time in the sum of 14 Euros and 99 cents for repeating monthly subscription I have not authorized. I cannot navigate your French language site and find a way to cancel these payamnets. Please advise as soon as possible how I can do ths. whenever i try to log on to my account, the details are always in French and are not translated when i get to the appopriate page. Sorry you're having problems. I don't know why you're registered with the French site if you're not French.

You can see if you have an account with the English language site at https://www.paypal.com/. If not, your best bet is to phone PayPal. Phone them at 888-221-1161, or (if calling from outside the U.S.) 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.

Report the charges as unauthorized with your credit card issuer. There should be a number on the back of your card to report this problem. If you don't report the charges, they will continue to bill you and you may be required to pay them.

Whenver this sort of problem occurs, don't waste your time with the company in question or Paypal. Call the credit card provider and they will stop any further charges and possibly get your previous payments back for you.
