You probably cannot. At least not directly. I have a Panasonic flat screen at home with Vierra Connect. It allows me to use NetFlix and one or two other things on the Internet like facebook, but there is no "browser" for general browsing. You could hook up a PC and use the TV as the video monitor but (unless the user manual says you can) you won't be able to web surf from the TV.
