We Have A Panasonic Tx-p42x50b 42 Inch Plasma Tv With A Power Problem
Tv only 6months old?
The tv when turned off would not come back on all power bourds look fine with no obvious circuits blown. two weeks later plugged it back in to mains then came on again.
Then worked for a week untill i turned it off by mains in the morning and when i came home would not come back on again. no power going to any thing inside makes me think its either the fuse inside on the power board or the power board its self.
Have you come across this problem before as i have checked online and lots of people have posted having the same problem with panasonic tv,s.
because if its just the fuse or power board inside i can change it my self and save my self lots and lots of cash.
Please help thank you.

hi, i have the same problem with our TV. I've requested help from Panasonic but nothing so far. with ours it kept tripping the electrics & blowing the plug fuse , now it wont go back on . how difficult was it to take the back off & locate the fuse inside ?. very nervous about doing this as lots of screws & a not very mechanically minded hubby, if something comes loose or out of place . If i get a reply from Panasonic i will let u know what they have said x
