Won't Read Dvd's.
Unit was packaged and stored for 3 1/2 months by moving company. It had NEVER mal-functiond before. After unpackaging (it was in verticle position in the box) I cannot get it to read a DVD. It reads CD's, but will not revert back to DVD. Help!
