Where Can I Download The Software/driver For Rr-us-470 For Windows 7?

I have been searching for software for the Panasonic RR-US470 digital voice rescorder. the only link I found were for manuals. there was one supposed software download turned out to be an ACE file that I couldnt open because there were missing rar files. here are some links to check out.
