When Tv Is Turned On Green Light Flashes But There Is No Sound Or Picture.

Watched TV last night and everything was good. Turned on the set this morning and there is no picture or sound, however the green on light flashes. I unplugged the cord from the surge protector and plugged directly into the wall, but nothing happened. You can hear the set click on and off, but still no sound or picture.

There are 17 different error codes that the indicators can mean. You need to look at which indicator is blinking and count the error code (number of blinks before it pauses and repeats). Things like bad lamps, open fuses, fans, etc. are common problems.
