Panasonic Microwave Oven

Model # nn_8n960s. When I push the button to open the door it doen't pop open by itself and I have to open the door fully by grabbing the bottom of the door to open. E- mailed Panasonic and they told me they dont service this model and that I would have to contact a local service company. This unit is less that 2 yrs old.
