Panasonic Nn H275sf Will Not Heat Food

Microwave operates normally and for any length of time, but will not heat food. Magnatron has continuity and no shorts to ground. Could the problem be with the inverter? Where do I find part numbers and where can I buy parts in Canada? Thanks, Huddler
