This is what I read for you question, Am I missing the rest? I saw an answer making me believe I'm not seeing it all, or the other person guessed at your meaning for your question. What is your problem, I have access to this repair manual and parts research

If you using the vacuum cleaner for normal use,it shouldn't happen.Call customer service and get a log number by law they should issue one every time you log a new complain with them about your unit. If they refused to do so, call the Federal trade commission and file a complain with them.
