Why Does It Not Ring From Outside Calls? However It Rings From Extension Calls.
Hi Team,Why does our Panasonic KX-T7730 not ring from outside calls, however it rings from extension calls?Please assist on how to fix it.Thank you.

Referring to the addendum it seems that you can only have a ringer lamp flash. It may be as this is a PBX system and in most offices it would be manned by someone all the time using headphones. Hence the visual indicator. An internal call to the 'switchboard' could give a ring but I can find only the ringer lamp info in the guide or the addendum. This is a link to the addendum which has more explanations on setting up.
