We Need To Record Messages For The Answer Machine On Our Panasonic Kx T7730.

Hello, this model doesn't have a true "answering machine" built-in. You can leave what it calls an absent message, to let people know you are away and can not answer the phone. Instructions for setting an absent message can be found on the bottom of page 5 of the quick reference guide. If you don't have the quick reference guide, you can download it here.
