After picking the call, press the FWRD button then cease a CO Line e.g by pressing 9 then dial the outide or mobile number.If you use pins to call out, you will need to follow that procedure after ceasing the line.
Remember the extension must be permited to foward calls to Central Office (CO-Line).If not clear,contact me and i will help
